The Panzerfaust 60 was an improved version of the earlier Panzerfaust 30 disposable single-shot rocket launcher. As the name implies, the Panzerfaust 60 had a practical range of 60 metres. It was inexpensive and simple to manufacture, making it most numerous variant of all Panzerfaust weapons. Despite the simplicity the Panzerfaust 60 was a powerful anti-tank weapon, and the warhead could penetrate most vehicles of the period.
In Battlegroup42, the Panzerfaust 60 was available to the German rifleman class in late war scenarios.
