For historical information, Wikipedia has an article on ZiS-30.

ZiS-30 is a Soviet tank destroyer based on the T-20 chassis.

Description[]

The ZiS-30 was hastily born out of a need for a stopgap Soviet self-propelled anti-tank gun when Germany invaded the Soviet Union in Operation Barbarossa. It featured a 57mm ZiS-2 anti-tank gun that was mounted on the T-20 chassis, and despite its improvised nature, the vehicle proved to be an effective tank destroyer. However, production relied on the availability of both gun and tractor, and as a result only a small batch was built, with all vehicles lost over the course of the war.

Although lightly armoured, the ZiS-30 in BattleGroup42 is more than capable of knocking out most Axis tanks of its time. As with the T-20, the driver position retains the DT machine gun to fend off enemy infantry at the front. The crew for the 57mm gun has frontal protection against small arms fire, but is otherwise exposed from the sides and the back.

It can be found in maps set between 1942 and 1943, such as 4204-Valley of Death.
