The Type 95 Kurogane is a Japanese military car.
Description[]
Officially known as the Type 95 Small Passenger Car, this vehicle was developed for reconnaissance and liaison, and thanks to the four-wheel drive it exhibited good off-road capability for its time, a feature that proved itself useful both in China and other parts of Southeast Asia throughout the war. It was nicknamed "Kurogane Yonki" after the manufacturer Tokyu Kurogane Industries and its four-wheel drive.
The Type 95 in BattleGroup42 has space for a driver and two passengers, and it serves as a quick transport for troops. Like all military cars, it is unarmoured, therefore care must be taken not to engage directly with enemy forces when travelling in one.
