The Tribal-class destroyer is a British destroyer.

With the advances in foreign warship designs in the 1930s, the Admiralty requested a new type of destroyers that put greater emphasis on guns over torpedoes, which eventually resulted in the Tribal-class. The ships served in multiple theatres in World War II, mostly as convoy escorts. Despite heavy losses in the first half of the war, with most of them from the Royal Navy, the destroyers were well liked by their crews.
The Tribal-class in BattleGroup42 is well armed for a destroyer, featuring two twin 120mm guns each at its bow and stern. It is also equipped with two twin Oerlikon 20mm guns as well as a quad Bofors L/60, making it very dangerous for enemy aircraft to approach. In addition to its anti-aircraft capabilities, the quad Bofors guns can also act as fire support against soft-skinned coastal targets within its direct sight, thanks to its high rate of fire. Two pinnaces can be found hanging at the rear of the ship.
The ship can be found in maps such as 4004-Narvik, 4203-Battle of Java, and Conquest mode of 4309-Battle for Lae.
