The Somua S35 is a French medium tank, or "cavalry tank" in French nomenclature.
Description[]
One of the best tanks in service at the outbreak of war, the S35 has good armor and speed, and its 47mm SA 35 gun is powerful enough to take down most tanks of its time. It also has a 8mm Hotchkiss M1914 machine gun in the coaxial mount to keep enemy infantry at bay.
While it appears prominently in early war maps, such as 4005-Stonne and 4005-The Weygand Plan, the Somua S35 sees action throughout the war.
Some captured vehicles have been evaluated and used by the Germans afterwards. Incidentally, the Free French recaptured some of the tanks from the Germans, and used them in 4504-Royan Outskirts.

In reality, the secondary armament was the 7.5mm Reibel machine gun.
