The M1919 Browning machine gun is an American machine gun.

The M1919 Browning machine gun was developed as an air-cooled version of the M1917 Browning machine gun. The reduced weight made it more ideal as an infantry support weapon, and it was also used as armament on armoured vehicles and aircraft. The weapon was also developed into the larger M2 Browning machine gun, which uses the same operating principles and layout but firing the more powerful .50 calibre round.
In Battlegroup42, the M1919 Browning is the primary class of the American machine gunner class, replacing the anti-tank class or as a pickup kit on some maps. It can also be found as a defensive armament or as a coaxial mount on a number of vehicles.
A special variant of the M1919 Browning, nicknamed "the Stinger", mates the AN/M2 aircraft machine gun with a bipod and a buttstock to allow for use as an infantry support weapon. The weapon appears exclusively as a pickup kit in Iwo Jima.
