Type 1 Ho-Ni I is a Japanese tank destroyer.
Description[]
The Ho-Ni I is Japan's first tank destroyer converted from Type 97 Chi-Ha. Its sole armament is the 75mm Type 90 gun, a field gun converted to anti-tank role. While converted tank destroyer is suitable for its role, the Ho-Ni I has no provision for a machine gun, and the sole crew is exposed at the rear, making it vulnerable to infantry attack. Care should be taken not to allow enemy to outflank the tank destroyer.
In BattleGroup42 the Ho-Ni I can be found in maps such as Guadalcanal and 4406-Defense of Hengyang.
