Hawker Typhoon is a British fighter-bomber.
Description[]
The Typhoon is easily recognised by its chin-mounted radiator. Initially developed as an interceptor, it found itself struggling to prove worthy of its original role, and problems plagued its career. The Typhoon eventually found its role as a fighter-bomber, which it excelled at.
It is armed with four 20mm Hispano Mk II cannons, which are effective against enemy aircraft and soft skinned ground vehicles. For ground attack, it is armed with either RP-3 rockets or 1000lb bombs.
The fighter-bomber can be found in maps from late 1942 onwards.
