The GAZ-11-73 was a six-cylinder version of the GAZ-M1, which itself was based on the Ford Model B that GAZ had access to under technology sharing agreement.
In BattleGroup42, the GAZ-11-73 served as a military staff car, which has space for one driver and three passengers, offering quick transport for troops. Like all staff cars, it is unarmoured, therefore care must be taken not to engage directly with enemy forces when travelling alone.
