For historical information, Wikipedia has an article on Kokoda Track campaign.

Kokoda Path is a map set along the Kokoda Track in the Territory of Papua. It is fought between Australia and Japan.

Description[]

This is a large map with six control points: four under Australian control, and two under Japanese control.

Whichever side holds four or more control points will incur a ticket bleed to the other side.

The Australian control points are linked by a long, mountainous winding track, and the Japanese can only capture these control points along the way. Bypassing one control point to capture another will not work her. Furthermore, all control points can be neutralised and captured instantly.

Tanks and other ground vehicles are crucial for fighting along the narrow track and around control points, while aircraft play a role in providing close air support for the ground troops below.
