The Carcano Modello 1891 is an Italian rifle.

The Carcano Modello 1891, also known as Carcano Mod. 1891 or Carcano M91, was the service rifle of Italian forces in both World Wars. Several variants were developed over the years, including carbines for support troops and shorter rifles for standard service. Some rifles were also rechambered for a newer and larger cartridge, but the older 6.5mm cartridge was retained due to supply problems.

In Battlegroup42 the Carcano rifle is the primary weapon of the Italian rifleman class, engineer class, and sniper class. The sniper class has access to a scope-mounted version, whereas the rifleman class has access to a bayonet as well as a grenade launcher.

The gun model is provided by the Battlefield 1918 mod team under a content trade agreement.
