The Germans can cause the Americans to suffer a ticket bleed if they hold all three control points. The Americans need to hold two or more control points to incur a ticket bleed to the Germans.
Fighting is mainly carried out by infantry due to the abundance of rubble, craters, and narrow paths in the urban area. The Germans have closer access to the neutral control points at first, and they should use this advantage to capture them as soon as possible in order to cause a ticket bleed to their opponents.
