Sapun Ridge is a map set around the eponymous ridge in Crimea peninsula, Soviet Union. It is fought between the Soviet Union and Germany.
Description[]
Each side has an uncapturable base. The Soviets have five control points to defend.
The Germans will suffer a ticket bleed until the Soviets hold three or fewer control points, and they can inflict a ticket bleed on the Soviets if they hold three or more control points.
There are no aircraft in this map. Both sides have access to a large number of tanks, which are crucial both for attacking and defending. The defending Soviet force also has a number of artillery guns available on the ridge.
Trivia[]
- The map is ported and modified from a Battlefield 1942 community map called Inkerman, which was originally made by Teufel.
